My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I've seen several chairs similar to this in thrift stores, flea markets and at garage sales. I'm quite serious. Why spend a bundle on chairs you can get them at a more than reasonable price? More money to spend on other upgrades. My favorite aspect of "the space" is the Retro, multi-colored wall paper. GRoovy!!
