Please put hardware, I don't understand why people don't.

If you do, I would suggest a knob. Looking at the doors, its looks like the trim around the doors is thick, so the placement of the knob would be far in, and might be awkward.

Yeah that is why I am having trouble deciding on it because of the trim

Wow, beautiful cabinets...I can see why you're having trouble. There's not a really good place. If you do decide you need knobs use something like below. The placement should be on the outer rim right on the miter line half way in between. The pic below is the closest example I could find that shows approximate location. Hope this helps. Your color could be black iron or pewter or antiqued brass.

Be sure to get knobs with small bases.

If you don't need them I would not. The cabinets are beautiful and hardware draws your eye straight to the metal. If cabinets were dated hardware is a nice way to update.

Definitely add hardware. It keeps the cabinets clean and helps keep the finish of the cabinetry that would otherwise deteriorate over time from the residue and oils off your hand.
