My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The railings are glass with steel posts, all custom, The stair terads are sanded acrylic, we order 1" acrylic form a large wholesale supplier, sold in 4x8 sheets, cut to size by the supplier then sand and drill on site. I do not have any unit cost data.
