My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Ed my husband made item (2) he is handy like that' no box spring and splurged a little on the latex mattresses so no coils as needed to squeeze it into opening! They are like sleeping on a cloud . We store a singles tress under each bed for extra sleep space .:0)

    Interesting...but I think you have to be shorter than 2" to move around in that room.
