I had looked for your post earlier, and couldn't find it. Obviously not sleeping well tonight, so looked again and I am glad I did. Your bed shots look wonderful. I especially like the NOID bed and both the round bed photos.

I am looking forward to the big yellow next year. Golden Globes is absolutely gorgeous! Royal Banner is really pretty...such rich colors, and a bicolor at that! I always have loved bicolors and that one is a beauty. Total Opulence is a snazzy one...like it. The clump of Golden Globe is a very pretty one....and Fear not is red, so you know I love it! I don't know why I love reds so much.

EITV really shows up, doesnt it....even a single bloom. That is really nice clump of "candy" too.

At least you got to work some...I haven't been in the garden for a week and it shows...we are supposed to have some delightful weather for a day or two and I am bound to be able to do some work outside soon, Glad you got to anyway.

There's that Royal Banner again - I love that one! My Heartbeat of Heaven has never looked like yours, and not every bloom of it is perfect here. Mine usually has a very faded color in our high temps. Winter Romance is another one that grabbed me. The garden shots are all lovely. These freak cool temperatures are giving us a wonderful opportunity to get things accomplished in the garden. I was exhausted last night.

All of your pictures are so pretty and I am enjoying the little 'walks' around your garden. But what really grabbed my attention once again is GOLDEN GLOBE! I selected it as favorite last time and once again it shines. The colors and the form are right up my alley!

Lovely garden shots, Kate, always a favorite! Two of your blooms caught my eye today, Royal Banner and Heartbeat of Heaven. I have a daylily in my garden similar to Royal Banner, it always catches the eye as yours does. Love the edge and great pink on H of H.

i have been so impressed with Golden Globe this year. Last year was first year and it did not bloom well. I love the range of colors. And it is in that noid bed! And Golden Child has been impressive as well. Just a “Golden” year, I suppose!! And I have laughed at that blasted scape with all the buds and blooms. There is just a sliver of green scape left but enough I suppose.

Well they were both beauties...Blooming is fining a way. what can we say

Laura, thanks. I meant to put Git R Done on there. It had three huge blooms on it. Thanks for that one. It has done well!

Debra, Royal Banner has been gorgeous. New last year and I don‘t remember that it even bloomed. Heartbeat is in partial shade so it tends to open well and actually holds color well during the heat. Winter Romance is huge and has great substance.

Sherry, those strong bicolor lilies do draw your attention don’t they?

Celeste, GG has been spectacular. That is an untouched shot from my phone. I will attach another shot that is untouched but using the portrait mode on the phone that brings only the subject into focus.

Your garden shots are so nice, I have garden envy! Golden Globe really caught my eye today, a really nice look in form and color. Heartbeat of Heaven is so pretty, I added that a couple of years ago, but last year the scapes failed for some reason. It has scapes now, and looks like I should see blooms. Seems like I have had scapes here and there fail this year. I wonder if it is because of all the rain. No blasting, but no blooms either. I have sesrcher for bugs, but no sigh of anything. I have been waiting on blooms from Get Jiggy, both fans had scapes but have failed. I guess maybe next year.

What a treat your garden must be now in person. Photos can't convey the true beauty of it all. Yellows in particular have a tendency to loose their color; blazed out to a blurry white by the sun. Annoying tor me since I love yellow daylilies. But even with that your garden is a vibrant mass of color........My 3 favorite blooms today are Rachelle Agin, Royal Banner and Golden Child. Especially pretty......Maryl
