My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What size lot is this home situated on/or what size lot is required to build this home exactly?????

    this lot was 10,000 sf. Believe the lot was about 80ft wide. The detached garage creates the versatility needed for various lot widths.

    Different municipalities have different setback requirements - So while it may be good for a smaller lot where it is here, it may require a much larger lot in a different town.

    This is true. Main house overall width is 54ft and depth is 44ft. The detached garage is 24ft by 24ft. Hope this helps
