My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Black Marks On Arctic White Quartz Kitchen Countertop

Our family just moved into a new construction home with Quartz countertops throughout. We love the Quartz, but there are black marks on the Arctic White counter in the kitchen. The marks are not huge, but they stick out like a sore thumb against the Arctic White:



According to the builder, these marks are "in the Quartz" and cannot be removed, and this type of imperfection is completely normal. I am skeptical as we payed a small fortune for the Quartz, and the Arctic White we viewed at MSI certainly did not have any black marks. Thoughts?
