Forgot mention, northeast lawn in NJ climate.

The first one is one of the stilt grasses, and pull right up. Don't let them go to seed ( a little later in the summer) or you'll have a jillion of them.

The second one looks like one of the weedy grasses; I would have said that it was nutsedge, which also grows faster than the rest of the lawn, and which is a horrible weed to get rid of, but those blades look flat, not triangular.

Here are a few more. The blade is flat but has a crease in the middle.

Could it be Johnson grass?

You have an infestation of Japanese stiltgrass. It will take over and crowd out any other plant. Spend some time pulling it out. And like mentioned above, do not let it go to seed. It's an annual.

I explained on your other thread that weed and feed doesn't kill grasses and since both your weeds are grassy types it won't bother them.

If allowed to grow unchecked they get up to 3-4 ft tall like these two.
