Nobody can help me?

I currently have a master bath laundry combo with similar dimensions and am looking to move the laundry to another location. I love having the laundry near the master bedroom but found having the washer dryer running made the bathroom really warm even with the ac on which wasn’t great when you was getting ready or putting my makeup on. If you have a picture of the entire layout of all the rooms near by that would be helpful. I think it would be best to put washer and dryer in a separate closet if possible.

Thanks Lorrie, I like option 1 as well. I worked longest on that one. It gives the most clothes closet square footage and I was trying to keep the plumbing to interior walls while maximizing the windows and putting the laundry in its own space.

I put a little laundry sink in the laundry area just to show there was room, not sure it is needed, but could be used with a rod over it to hang dry clothes and you could mount a fold down shelf on the wall between the w/d and the sink to fold clothes on, or to flat dry items. Also if you get front loading machines you can use the tops to fold on as well.

Rawkwtgrl I posted on the laundry forum looking for help finding a space for my washer dryer if you can offer any advice.
