Adenium shoots turning black

Hi everyone, need some help here.
1 month ago, my adenium was infested with soil mealies. I cleaned it, repotted and pruned off the stems. However, the new shoots growing kept turning black and die off. Not sure what is happening.
Any advices would be greatly appreciated! Hope my baby can be revived :(

Sorry you haven't gotten any answers. I'm not sure what this is. Could be so many things. Microscopic mites, virus, fungal issue, fertilizers, etc. its difficult and frustrating, I know. Maybe someone will respond who has experienced this.

Is it indoors or outside? I just noticed it looks like its indoors. Needs to be outside as long as weather is 50F+

it's on a balcony that gets afternoon sun. It started growing normal green shoots again these few days, phew~ Not too sure what happened too.. was turning black for 2 weeks and now is normal haha :p

lol adeniums are known for being picky, maybe she just wanted a better spot!
