My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Are the back edges the same on the top and bottom?

On the backside of our current covers, the top and side have edges/lips but the bottom side on the back is “cut” so it fits all the duct work correctly. We cannot get covers to fit that don’t have the bottom back “cut” so hoping these will work on our older home.

    That is not typical. Most likely whoever installed them cut the bottom lip off. Generally rectangular style baseboard registers & grilles have a lip on all sides. We do not stock any of those without a bottom lip, therefore you would have to cut ours off.
