door update help
we want to update these doors that were in the house when we purchased it. my husband thinks we should keep them wood to match the trim, I wanted to put in white shaker doors. does anyone have any suggestions or preference otherwise? also, if anyone has a program that would be able to show us what the update would look like would be amazing because we are having trouble visualizing it. I put a picture of the great room next to the hallway for context. tyia!

7 years agoI put a rug in the hallway to take away from the heavy floor pattern. here is my semi ok mock up lol.

thank you for the help! I dont know if a rug would work because it's not a complete hallway. ita off the great room which houses the front door and sliders we have an area rug in the dining room, living room and scatter rugs in front of the sliders and front door. I fear a hallway rug will be too much. eventually the floor will be replaced!
