May be Wild Parsnip Pastinaca sativa.

Windberry's ID does seem right, to me. If so, that plant is said to cause contact poisoning and painful skin irritations. It is also said to sometimes cause photosensitivity and skin discolorations that can last for years. We rarely see Pastinaca sativa in the South, but it is common in the NE part of the US.
