No, I didn’t return it. I can’t find the receipt.

spider mites? have you seen any small webbings on the plant?

It doesn’t appear to have any webs, and I don’t believe there were any when I bought it. I have only 2 other adeniums, so I decided to move this one away from the others. I shouldn’t have bought it, but it was a white flowering one and I was wanting one.

Yes, it does resemble RMV. I have the original pot the plant was in. I wonder if HD would take it back without a receipt.

The new leaves are growing out unmarked, so I will keep growing it .

Several of my plants have also developed leaf "mottling" and new leaves have grown out distorted with curling. About one month ago, after a good drenching I gave all my plants a cocktail of fish and kelp liquid fertilizer mixed with water. Miraculously, not only am I seeing a branching growth spurt, but the new leaves are growing out normally. The streaking and discoloration seem to be a thing of the past. Yippee! Repotting with fresh soil for older plants and monthly feeding of the fish and kelp seem to be the cure for depletion of soil nutrients. So take heart, fellow Adenium lovers. The problem may not be a virus but a nutrient depletion or imbalance.

I am thinking about using them as right now I am monitoring my older Cispum hybrid from Mark Dimmitt. I still have one or my Thailand grafts that didn't take and has shown no symptoms compared to the ones that I tossed few years ago.

There is a grower from India that had a web page showing plant deficiencies and diseases that no long exists. It seems that a lot of good plant information from a few years ago has been removed.

These viruses can become asymptomatic. I've read many studies/articles that state symptoms can miraculously disappear and reappear later. Just incase, always sanitize your tools and keep aphids/pests away for safe measure. Just incase.

I have only 2 other adeniums and a seedling, so I don't have a lot to lose if the plant is virused.
