I mostly use Ballard for the occasional accessory (they do a great job with pillows and outdoor cushions) but I did get a Louisa chair from them a few years ago bc it was exactly the size & style of chair I needed for a corner of my great room. I have been pleasantly by the quality, durability, and comfort of this chair! The quality seems better than the quality of furniture items I purchased from Pottery Barn for my kids’ rooms and playroom. The PB stuff has been crap, pardon my language, lol!

There is a Ballad store in my area. I didn’t notice the piece you are interested in but I was disappointed in the overall quality of the furniture pieces on the showroom floor.

It has been a few years since I ordered from Ballard, but their products always have been high quality. I've bought the Claire chandelier, an angels doormat, a 46-inch-tall palm tree wall hanging, though never any furniture.

Is anyone familiar with mango wood? I'm reading that it's a hard wood, durable and eco friendly.

I cannot speak for the coffee table, but we have the large Andrew’s round kitchen table. It is solid, sturdy and very heavy.

Darralisa how is table holding up. It would be every day table and I have 2 teenagers that are kind of rough on furniture. Is it scratching or chipping? Looks very nice in store. Waiting for walnut sample? U have pics if u have that color?

We purchase Ballard Designs bar stools with COM sent for upholstery 10 years ago. Pleased to say they arrived perfect, upholstery was very well done and they have held up very well. Remain sturdy and look almost new

Not impressed w/ quality. I purchased their Harmon martini table, which was expensive (around $170), and it tipped over and the top broke off. Note it wasn't flung hard or agressively tipped, so shocking to me it would break so easily.

My boss lady office chair is from Ballard and it’s really comfortable. If I did it over I would get a performance fabric that is a little tougher and stain resistant. I really had to scrub a spill off it.
