Flowers without Bees?

I have a screened lanai on the back of my condo in Florida. I want to get some bigs pots/barrels and plant flowers and plants as the lanai is visible when you enter and when you are in the living room.

I know almost nothing about gardening. I do plan to do some research but I've been wondering whether flowers will grow in pots without bees being able to pollinate them because of the enclosure barrier?

If you buy already blooming impatiens for example, do they need additional pollination if they are already flowering (like when you buy them on flats)? I tried to google it but didn't get too much tangible information.

I hope for it to look like this but inside a screen enclosure -- just for clarity, the roof will be a screen too, it's not a porch. Thank you.
