Rejuvenation Furniture?

Has anyone purchased furniture from Rejuvenation? Customer service reviews on Yelp are horrible. And most people purchase lighting fixtures from them. But not too much information on their furniture. Looking specifically at the Perkins Spindle Bed. https://www.rejuvenation.com/catalog/collections/perkins-spindle-bed/products/5865a94378f2f2b4850011ed

First the reviews are horrible but you want ot order from them Why? Imported from where ? Pretty sure you can find a bed from a place with good reviews.

Because i specifically want a Windsor style bed with a solid walnut frame. There are not that many options out there.

Meh, I take online reviews with a grain of salt. No, you should not ignore them, but do keep in mind that the few people with bad experiences are far more inclined to go online and write a review vs. the many people who've had satisfactory experiences.

That being said, I'd be more concerned with the fact that the online listing does not have more detailed photos showing the construction of the bed, nor does it list where it is made. You might try calling customer service line to see if they can provide that information.

I've purchased their hardware and been very pleased with the quality.

    Good luck!

I too am considering purchasing the Perkins Spindle bed but hesitant to spend so much money without much of any (balanced) reviews available. Did you end up buying it? If so, are you happy with it? If not, what did you decide on instead? Thanks in advance for any feedback you can provide.

DO NOT BUY FROM REJUVENATION. I ordered two lights for $1000. They were glass pendants with a 4 pronged wire "cage" that enveloped the glass dome. The wire cage for both lights were the wrong size. I spent TWO MONTHS speaking with THREE different people trying to get a new metal component for my light. Each person said they would ship something out and then a few WEEKS later, someone new from the company would call and ask me about the order. The first two times I spoke with them, I told them the wire cage was the wrong size and as a result, once of them got damaged when I tried to put the light together. They told me they could NOT send me a new wire cage and they also could NOT accpet the refund for that light. So now, I am out $500 on a light they sent me the wrong parts for. I've had better customer service at Target.

they're owned by Pottery Barn, so ^that customer service makes sense

I had luck with terrible Pottery Barn customer service several years - I mentioned it as a comment on a Facebook post about PB and they reached out and gave me this email: supportpb@wsgc.com - literally someone emailed me back an hour later and credited the amount, could be worth a try
