What perplexing is the red tips which are present with or without good light. Maybe it's a hybrid of some sort?

I feel the first one could be a mutation of Echeveria prolifica, because of similar size, shape, and growth habit. The only puzzle is the red color of the leaves which seem to be always there.

Any opinions?

When I look again, Graptopetalum macdougallii is more likely. Very confusing.
