My friends and I used to joke about the idea of actually doing all the maintenance required in the instruction manuals for small appliances. You would never have time to do anything else.

Honestly, your calendar app is likely the best place for it. It already syncs to the cloud so you won't lose it. And once you set it once, you're all set. Also, since you likely use the calendar app most every day, you won't forget how to use it, and you can easily see upcoming things you need to do. Lastly, you won't have to worry about your calendar app being discontinued anytime soon.

Take a look at the Centriq webpage and app. It's easier to see the scope of what's available on a computer screen, but easier to upload photos in the app. I'm just getting into it, but am impressed so far with what a complete record can be built and then accessed anywhere.. The iOS app is very intutive; not sure if the Android version has been fully vetted or no. I think this is a fairly new product. There are features in the app that have not been enabled in the web version yet.

Establishing maintenance reminders is not a feature that is fully functional yet. This is what the support team replied to my inquiry about that;

"The first iteration of our maintenance feature has been implemented, but it is limited to a reminder that we provide to change the filter on your refrigerator.

We will be rolling out more functionality with this feature in the very near future including the ability to create your own tasks and notifications and reminders that we provide for other categories. Keep an eye on your email for announcements of when these are available.
