How old is the slider? It’s likely a broken seal between the double panes. You may need a new slider.

It is old- at least 15 years old. I bet you are correct but was hoping there might be some magic way to clear it up.

Replace the glass, replace the panels with. Glass already installed, or just replace the door itself

Contact your local Andersen Windows dealer and arrange an inspection. They may have a remedy.

Call Anderson and file a warranty claim. The glass in our 18 year old slider was cloudy and they replaced the entire door...no charge.

Can you post a picture of the andersen logo from the corner of the glass?

that will give the date of manufacture and if the glass is less than 20 years old it is covered under warranty

There at 20. If you had the logo you can warranty it weather your the original buyer or not. They will send new panels with glass and. No labor of coarse.

They have a 188 number you can call. They probably will want glass size As well.

Your Pricing is way way off.

I had the 4 ft glass of my slider replaced approx 5 years ago and it was about $350 or so ... I lived with that stupid door fogged up for years because I thought it was gong to cost so much to fix. I had a local glass shop do it.

Take $350 x 2 , that is more than a couple hundred. That is a lot to spend on a 15 year old door.

I only had one pane and it was more expensive to replace an 8ft slider and I was moving out...
