Kitchen layout help please

Hi all I would love some design assistance layout with our kitchen!
We're a family of 6. Mainly eat at home. Cook and bake frequently. Can occasionally.
Our home was built in 1890. A Minnesota farmhouse. We have a few acres.
Our fairly large entry leads directly into our kitchen.
9' 2" ceilings
We have a door opening into a library/sitting room also off the kitchen.
I'd love a large island and sink under the window (probably the north window the long wall)
We've considered all the appliances on one wall (north wall)
Stove, sink, dishwasher, fridge from West to east.
Island in the middle probably nothing on stairway wall. But considered fridge on that wall as well.
Just add to this puzzle, about 2 years ago we purchased cabinets from a cabinet manufacturer headquarters in our town) we've kept them in storage in one of our rooms... so whatever cabinets that we can use from our stash would be a bonus. We will order/build whatever we need. I planned on having to order everything for our island but haven't designed it yet
We have the following cabinets (frameless)
Upper:
(2) 27" x 42"
(1) 24" x 42
(1) 15" x 42
(1) 39x 42
Lowers:
(1) 24x30 2 drawer base
(1) 30 x 30 2 drawer base
(1) 15" 4 drawer base
(2) 27" base 1 drawer, 2 doors
36" sink base.
(1 ) 9" base 1 door
30x 96" pantry
36" whitehaven
Kohler artifacts faucet
Let me know what else I can answer and thank you so much!

    Here is a close up

Here's my best effort at using the stored cabinets:

I converted one of the 27" uppers to a blind corner, with the 39" upper against it, but that might make the corner too tight. Trash pull-out is under the clean-up sink, or it could go under the prep sink, depending on the plumbing and GD (if you don't compost). The prep sink base is new, along with new drawer bases on the L. You have potential secondary prep spaces on each side of the clean-up sink, right of the prep sink, and on the long counter on the L.

You could switch one of the 27" bases to the L, and use a 24" MW drawer on the island, across from the fridge.

The walkway behind two of the island seats is a little tight, but there probably won't be a lot of traffic there.

I did a version with a 30" range, 36" hood, and a 36" corner susan, but the image won't upload. I'll try it later.

Uploading finally worked! This version has a 30" range with a 36" hood, which leaves space for a corner susan plus a couple inches of wiggle room. To keep the same reveal on each side of each window, I added open shelves beside the pantry (maybe display colorful mixing bowls), and another cookbook slot to the left of the fridge. If you don't care about symmetry in the window reveals the 27x42 upper is fine beside the fridge.

With the narrower range and hood, you could also leave the wall on each side open, by using the two 27" cabinets on the left wall. If the fridge is moved down far enough, the 39" upper will fit between it and the window, but you'd need to check the specs for the door clearance--you need some space between the fridge and the wall, to make sure the door will open far enough to remove the crispers for cleaning. One of the 27x24 bases could be switched with the 24x30, since there is a pony wall on the island.
Another option, with the 30" pantry beside the fridge. There's open space on each side of the window above the clean-up sink, but no spot for the 15" upper cabinet. The extra 27x24 base can go on the L, and you would have space for a wall oven in the bottom left corner, if you'd like separate cooktop and ovens. The 39x42 upper wouldn't fit, but you might be able to use the 15" upper beside the oven cabinet.
