What should I do with the empty space under the window?

Greetings!
I'd like to frame our three basement windows, however the wall under the window comes down at an angle. Any suggestions on how to frame that? Framing the typical rectangle under the angled wall makes sense, but what do I do with that lip of wall under the window that sticks out? Paint it white? I can't imagine putting trim at an angle, as it wouldn't meet the vertical trim....
