Most of us have had this problem at one point or another. Best thing to do is to take a couple of photos and post them here. As you can see under a post you have the opportunity to post a photo by hitting the camera icon. It will allow you take a photo or post one from your pad or phone.

You could do that here. A picture is worth a thousand words but if you only have a description we could try and narrow it down for you.
