You only need 2 sinks in a bathroom.

L shaped vanities are annoying as you both have to be standing int he same spot to use sinks.

I would remove and run along the length of the back wall, you could than put a small bench near the tub and hang towels.

Without seeing a floorplan it is hard to fully offer advise.

I have L shaped vanities, but the L's seem longer in our bathroom than yours. I believe each leg is 6 feet and we have plenty of room.

Your best bet is to show your layout with dimensions.

If it is workable now, just live with it for a year. If it is not workable, post a floor plan and indicate what your budget needs to cover.

Live with it for three months before you decide what changes are needed. Then take your time planning the changes.
One thing I believe will need changing is the lighting. A vanity needs lighting from at least two directions: ceiling and wall lighting combine to illuminate hair and face for grooming. A double sconce above each mirror or two sconces flanking each mirror PLUS recessed ceiling lighting which bounces light from the mirror onto your face and hair give the best illumination without shadows.
