Hi, We our converting our screened patio to a Tikki bar . It is underneath our sunroom. We plan to remove screens in front and take out the windows leaving just the support beams and putting in a surfboard bar top, adding bar stools removing flowerbeds adding pavers. Inside would be a wood bar with refrig, wine cooler, - The light will be a fan/light. The house has a lg hot tub next to deck steps now -we extended the cement nex to the steps.

Concerned about the elements (rain/snow) getting in so trying to figure want to put over the open area - like wood flip windows? Not sure how to make it work. Any ideas or similar projects would be helpful.
