There are some basic 'rules' in caring for succulents even if you do not have exact ID:

*good drainage = potting mix needs to drain well and fast; container should have drainage hole

*supplying good amount of good light - most succulents do best if receiving at least 6hrs of sunlght. There are some that will grow well in lower light, but not most. You can get away without direct sunlight if yu don't have those conditions; that often involves good supplementary lighting (for most high light succulents)

*proper watering - when potting mix, deep in the pot, has dried up almost completely

Folowing these 'rules' will give you good results - without having excat ID...

Rina’s most excellent advice aside, it might be a number of different New World Crassula Family hybrids; my WAG is Graptopetalum x Echeveria or Graptopetalum x Pachyphytum.
