Concrete Parking Pad--Epoxy or Paint?

We have an early 60s home with a vaulted carport roof with an 18x19 concrete parking pad underneath.

The concrete is painted (or epoxied) in a horrible pink color, and it's starting to peeling/chip up. We want to change the color to a gray (similar to the pathway) while ensuring a long-lasting finish and durability. How do we go about doing that? Paint it again? Re-epoxy? It's outdoor under a roof, but does get some sunlight and rain and, of course, gets the heat from tires and car weight. Any one have any product recs? Everything I'm finding online is for enclosed garages and I'm at a loss! Thank you in advance!
