Hello, looking for ideas on new banister and spindles for stairway. Just replaced upstairs floor with dark brown oak (was wall to wall carpet). Was thinking about black metal /iron banister and railing. Not sure about spindles yet. Looking for something clean - simple lines. Want to modernize it but unsure if keeping the rounded stairs will impact the look.
Spindles in upstairs photo (2nd pic) were removed when floor was put in. Last pic is a balcony looking over living space. Looking to replace that as well!
