Motorized blinds or shades need to be custom made and can be ordered from any place that sells blinds. They won't be cheap but just like everything else, different brands have varying prices. Also stores run specials or discounts every now and then. They install the same as any blind, so if you know how to install a regular blind and can get up that high, then you can install yourself.

Example:

1. Measure the window.
2. Go to blinds.com.
3. From the "All Products" menu select the type of blinds you're interested in, e.g., "cellular shades"
4. In the left-hand menu, select "Control Motorized".
5. Click on an offering and click 'Customize & Buy'.
6. Complete the page. In the Select Lift section, you can see the motorized lift options and prices.
