It's Almost Over Here

There's not much blooming now. Even the lates bed has only a few blooms. But there are a few daylilies flowering here and there.

All American Chief started reblooming with a poly. This is the first season it's rebloomed in the many years I've growing it.

Sycamore Frills is reblooming too.

FFO on Last Chance for Romance. This Very Late is usually my last to bloom. But this year it will be Remembering Rose.

Waves Become Wings continues to show beautiful clumps day after day.

Feathered Fingers is still going on a scape that came up weeks after the others.

Pink Lemonade Party - This one is tied with Last Chance for Romance for Best Performing Pink in my garden. Last Chance has two scapes with 20 buds, and one of Pink Lemonade Party's rebloom scapes has 20 buds.

Tiffany Shade has been blooming for about a week.

Walk in the Clouds

Mississippi Magistrate has just one more bud.

Carolina Pale Face looking lovely on rebloom.

Brad - Yes it's nice to have some that will bloom on into August. It is sad to see it end, but this cool weather is giving me the chance to weed and mulch beds that I missed in May. And I bought some new cone flowers to punch up the nearly bare front garden. They look nice planted with the golden rudbeckia.

Nice to see that you still have some blooming. This is always a sad time of the year for me when things are coming to an end.

Such nice blooms later in your season. Waves become Wings and Feathered Fingers are my favorites today. I like the pinched petals on FF. Your coneflowers are great. I haven’t had any luck with newer colors.

Still a lot blooming actually, Debra. The rebloomers never seem to give up. all american Chief looks great.

Nice to see Waves Become Wings in a clump. The cooler weather is just giving me the opportunity to recover form heat stress.

Lots of beauties blooming! Love the look of All American Chief, so bright. And my 2 favorites are pinks, Mississippi and Carolina )) How nice to have the lates start now, real season extension. The difference between Early and Late here is like 2 weeks or so lol

Well , all good things must come to an end they say......and your images were a really "good thing " as per Martha . Thanks so much for sharing your gardens through your images. I hope to be able to post some images soon still adding plants to my gardens so been busy . I have taken some pics .....but now need to download to the computer so I can share on the forum

Carolina Pale Face and Walk in the Clouds are beauties , again two I had not heard of before .

Nice photos! Sycamore Frills is a beauty. I also like the shape of feathered fingers. The coneflowers are nice. I am thinking about adding some to the garden, but many years ago, we had a few and some bug ate all the petals off. Maybe I should try them again.
