We are shopping for wood floors. I am going to order some samples to put up against the cabinets, but would love to know thoughts on the colors that even go with these cabinets. The furniture in our morning room is what we had before we moved into the house and I wonder if it clashes too much with the kitchen cabinets and time to pick out something new? We will also be ordering stainless steel appliances and getting rid of the black appliances. And we also have someone coming out in 2 weeks to install an ivory color backsplash we picked out, which I'm hoping will look okay with the new countertops. I do not have an eye for colors and decorating, so this is so overwhelming for me to pick something so permanent. Floors will have to last a long time! Like most people, floors are a big expense, so I would hate to regret the color we pick. =(
