My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Its got Aster yellows disease. They should be removed and destroyed or discarded in the trash. Or it might be eriophyid mites, in which case cut off and dispose of the infected flower heads.
Oh dear, that's a clear and classic sign of a disease called Aster Yellows, caused by a phytoplasma and spread by tiny leafhoppers. It is terminal and your only recourse is to remove all of your echinacea and dispose in the trash.
