Tachinid fly identification help, please!

Two flies, same size. I thought maybe it’s a male/ female. I thought I found out the first one out as Juriniopsis adusta, but it said this would be 15mm. Mine were about 10. One of the images on BugGuide matches perfectly though. I also don’t find any information about what they are parasites of. Fly number one.
