In a block of space, we have the laundry, the master closet, the hall closet, and the master bath. It just seems like there is a better mouse trap to be had in this great Frank Betz Blakeford.

We also think there is something we need to do about the master shower, health-wise. Not caring for the tile the builder chose nor the fact the tiler built a wall not the intended bench doesn't hurt either.

It would take winning the Bathroom/Laundry Room sweepstakes to move walls.

In the meantime, I'm finding lots of great ideas on Houzz for more efficient use of the spaces we have...like the recessed dryer vent box to give a few extra inches, double swing doors into the laundry for convenience and space.
