Help! Finding a rug to match new comforter.

Hoping for some interior design advice as I don’t have the eye for it! I just painted my bedroom in the color Smoke Infusion and got a new comforter (Pictures below for reference). my bedroom is carpeted but I’d like a rug to go under my bed for some contrast. i Like patterned rugs but I’m not sure how to mix with the pattern of my new bedding. Any ideas?
Not sure why my pictures aren’t saving in this post, but for reference my new bedding is Fog Popcorn comforter set from bed bath and beyond.

Right now all I have is the color Smoke Infusion for my walls. And my bedroom furniture is dark brown, and my carpet is light cream. I’m trying to figure out a good color scheme and was thinking I’d get that from the rug!
