I will have to check out the farm supply store suggestion. I am looking for similar hardware. It is hard to find smaller sets that aren't intended for real heavy barn doors and that are under $400. The set in this photo is scaled down for the doors. Anyone else have a suggestion on where to find a small set like this one?????

The mantle is made of wood I believe. Is there any concerns or issues with heat ? I am building something very similar and my contractor is suggesting a stone mantle due to heat. Thoughts ?
