My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I received a package today...

I received a package today and it had evil things in it. Some people are just mean! You know who you are! Just so others do not think I am ungrateful, I must explain that I do not like Sunbonnet Sue or any of her derivatives. :) Since this is just so out of character for me, I may hang it in my office at work. LOL
