Heirloom Lettuce Identification

I purchased an "heirloom lettuce variety pack" at my local garden center. I am unable to identify one of these and seek the help of seasoned gardeners. One of the two plants finally bolted after growing all winter and the flowers look very much like Chicory. However, the leaves are completely different to Chicory and Blue Lettuce. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any guidance.
