It’s nice to see your gardens are still filled with blooms. Yours is the first photo I’ve seen of Jellyfish Jealousy that I like, it looks stunning in your garden. Love the edge on Filled to Overflowing, great color too. I love pink daylilies but can’t decide which of yours I like best.

Some of your mauves are calling to me. The Holo Deck is gorgeous and probably my favorite although Summertime Idyll and Filled to Overflowing are wonderful too. I had a Jellyfish Jealousy rebloom today, as well as Truly Angelic bloom. The seedling has nice color as well as substance. You must have some idea of a possible parent. Kentucky Lucky is filled with buds. Didn't perform for Debra this year, but mine looked pretty good.

Goodness, you have a lot of gorgeous clumps going. I really really like Truly Angelic and Summertime Idyll. But oh my, that color on Tahiti Sweetie is still striking! They all look good, however, and Kentucky Lucky looks like a lot of blooms yet to come. Your seedling is also very pretty. Lots of pretty ones here.

Lovely clump shots! It's so hard to pick a favorite, but I guess I would have to say Summertime Idyll. Margo Reed Indeed looks nice with the coneflowers and rudbeckia.

Thank you all for the comments. I think all the rain we had in the spring and into most of the summer really helped with the amount of scapes and buds this year. Only a few dry periods. Temps this morning were in the mid 50's but will rebound into low 70's quickly. JB's are still here and started munching the blooms on the Rose Of Sharon bush.

The unknown seedling was sent to me by mistake several years ago by a seller who sent me a "bonus" plant. Always starts blooming late July-early August. The seller couldn't recall what the cross was but whatever he used, it developed into a nice "kid". Not top heavy in buds which is a good thing and opens flat and then recurves later in the day.

Summertime Idyll shows deeper color than what the Rice website shows. Could be temp or soil differences during bloom time. I've never gotten 34 inch scapes but that is okay as I like it to be a bit shorter for the bed it is in. i got it several years ago from Thoroughbred Daylilies so it has cycled through many season here.

I wonder if Tahiti Sweetie would be the same color in a zone hotter than here during its mid-late bloom time. It will definitely continue blooming till end of August this year.

Tahiti Sweeetie and Truly Angelic are my favorites of these. Such nice colors and form and well budded.

Truly angelic is a lovely cump, Julia, and the Holo Deck looks great, but Tahiti Sweetie is my pick. I love that color. You have some real beauties today. I hope your husband does well and the problem is short-lived.
