Hi Kiersten - my husband and I went
to their shop in NC to sit in some couches and they had a huge Monroe set up just as you go in the store. It was a striking
piece to look at, and very comfortable. It was the deepest depth, which for me was too deep. My husband I will be ordering a Monroe sectional in the next few months, and plan to go up to NC again before doing so. (We live about 6 hours from their shop). I think it is a great sofa, but if I were you I would be reluctant to spend money on a custom piece of furniture that you cannot try before ordering.
