iso help finding hardwire sconce with outlet

Hey friends! I’m hoping to get help finding a couple of sconces. I’m wanting sconces that are hardwired into the wall, but also include at least one electrical outlet on the base of the sconce. The more simple the design the better, think mid century. All suggestions are appreciated! Included is a photo of my must be replaced sconces above my fireplace! Thanks!

They do exist out there, mostly used in hotels.
The outlet is so there can be an option of putting a tv or any type of thing to plug in up there in the future.
My fireplace is fine, it’s been cleaned since this photo was taken.
