we are semi empty nesters with 1 teen still in house. Still want a laundry room but obviously not as important as previously. I want washer dryer and laundry tub. Currently design is as follows:

the top of the laundry room leads to the master closet [yay].

i don't like the space in the corner next to washer/dryer doesn't seem usable...there is a window over laundry tub [that is outside wall]. We could go into master closet a little if you think I should make it more u shape or do more on that wall?

I could do stackable washer and dryer as we have it now and don't mind and then could be to left of Laundry tub...but then not sure what to do with that dead space? shelving? I'd like a place for laundry baskets and folding...also thinking of changing hinged door to no door or pocket...
