Sara Ann, I wouldn't mind if my Munstead looked like that every time!

All of them are beautiful! I have Easy Does It coming this fall. I have gone back and forth on Munstead Wood so many times because I see gorgeous photos like yours, but the one at out local botanic garden only looks good during limited times of the year...we may be too dry here for it to look good for very long.

I find that my Mustead Wood turns more fuchsia colored when the weather is hot. In cooler months it is almost black. I am also finding this year that the fuchsia color is not as strong as in previous years. Mine is on its own root and after having it about 6 years or so, the color is starting to be consistent pretty much year round. BTW that rose can take the heat and still bloom (not as big blooms but when it is consistently over 107 F for weeks, I forgive it for not having as big blooms as it does in the spring). I am really happy with this rose. It is a good one for me.

Sara Ann, your roses are gorgeous! Whatever you are doing, keep it up because they are beautiful!

Munstead is such a great rose. In my garden the colour varies a lot depending on weather. Mine is only in it's second year here. I find many roses really don't show consistent form or colour until they are really established after a few seasons. Your other roses are looking vibrant as well!

Really good pics of your roses, and I'm especially glad MW is picking up some of those darker shades it is so famous for.

Munstead Wood looks beautiful, what a gorgeous photo of it.

Easy Does It goes well with MW, the glowing apricot/pink complements the dark colors.
