If I may say so, you should continue posting other plants in same thread - just click on comment and continue.

They are all in, what looks like in the photos, in quite 'bad' soil.

First, all containers should have drainage hole(s). I see some that may or may not, and the glass in other post doesn't look as having one either.

You need better potting mix: stay away from soils that contain lots of peat, or you may end up with same problem. Rob already made suggestions in your other thread...If you don't mind, I'll link these threads together, and pls. continue posting in one..

the clear cup is plastic and has drainage holes at the bottom. that plant just bloomed- I just didn't know if I should cut the stem before replanting because it it so long and the bottom pieces are pretty beat up. I am replanting in a planter box with more succulents with a succulent soil mix and of course drainage holes. my plants are in a South/west facing window (my east windows get no sunlight due to the building next door).

the one at that top of this post also has drainage holes (I like using the power drill!) my same question for that plant on if I I should cut the stem and just stick in new soil?
