Reddish New Growth?

My meyer lemon is putting out another flush of new growth and I've noticed that it seems to have a reddish tint to it. Thoughts on what this might be? I've been feeding weekly with foliage pro and fish fertilizer. I recently ran out of the fish fertilizer I had been using and switched to a product that's a combination of fish and kelp. The tree seems otherwise pretty happy with lots of growth and some flowers this summer. Thoughts on what might be causing this? This tree also experienced some pretty severe die back in its first winter, which will be two years ago this coming December, and I've not seen any fruit since then. It also didn't really take off and start growing vigorously again until this summer. Is it possible that this is a sign that the rootstock has taken over? I assumed that this was not the case since all of the growth is above the graft line, but I'm still relatively new to this and not entirely sure how that works. I also have no idea what the rootstock might be. I purchased the tree on a whim from a local nursery before I knew anything about grafted trees and I no longer have the tag that came with the tree. Or is it some kind of nutrient deficiency? I haven't noticed new growth looking red prior to this, but it's entirely possible that there has been some similarly colored growth earlier in the summer that I just wasn't looking closely enough to spot.

Not the best photo, but here are some of the new leaves with a slightly red tint.

Photos of the buds. Second one is a little blurry.

Fruits that were growing about a month ago. The tree has since dropped them, I assume to redirect energy into leafy growth?

What the tree looked like back in June, for comparison. Pretty much all of its leaves are new growth from this summer. It's been doing so much better in the last couple months and I would hate to start screwing things up now and see it start struggling again.
