Symplocarpus foetidus - Skunk cabbage?

Seems a very odd place for skunk cabbage to grow...........but the foliage does look similar.

It looks like it has a stem, which would rule out skunk cabbage. What’s the scale on this thing?

Lacking any scale, location or other information it looks much more like Nicotiana than Skunk Cabbage to me.

I also think Nicotiana, and that would be more appropriate to what looks to be either a cobbled walk or wall depending on orientation.
