My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Grey Siding

Hi, love, love, love this house. Too bad you are not in Toronto. Can you let me know whcih grey you used on the siding? And also, finish on the brick paint - is it matte?

    Hi! And Thanks!


    The grey siding is actually a raw finish. It’s a paint grip metal panel, so no paint necessary! The black brick is painted with a satin finish: color is Sherwin Williams Tricorn Black.
