My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Venus in the rising

one good thing with getting more than eight inches of rain above average for this summer is that the double flowered hostas are going to bloom well this year with Venus starting off.

Of course the first flower to open is in the back of the clump.

    Stunning flower! I just brought in few scapes and will bring in some more, furry rats are big problem. You do have to change water regularly but it is not a problem to keep seed scapes going indoor.
