Pergola - beautiful and functional!

Is the pergola metal or wood beamed? Did you cover with self cleaning glass? How does it drain and are there special maintenance considerations? Thank you.

The pergola is steel, and it is covered in tinted glass. The glass is sloped enough to drain.

The pergola was built by the contractor, Schultz Miller, to specifications by the architect, DeForest Architects.
