My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What type and color of wood floor is in the kitchen?
What floor is in the laundry?

    Hi and thanks for your questions! The wood floor in the kitchen is a wide plank white oak floor in a custom gray stain. It was installed in random lengths. The laundry flooring is 12" x 24" natural stone tile by Pera Tile. I hope this helps and best of luck with your project!
